Decision review
One live initiative and the decisions required before it goes out.
Launch & Adoption Decision Review
I review one live launch, go-to-market or partnership plan against the result your business needs. You get a clear hold, change or proceed decision before the money goes out.
Request a plan reviewBring me in when
A product launch, relaunch, market entry, TGE or major growth push is 30 to 90 days away.
A go-to-market, agency, campaign, event or distribution budget is waiting for approval.
A partnership is signed or public, but the plan for turning it into a result is still unclear.
The early numbers look encouraging, but they aren’t becoming the revenue, usage, customers, volume or growth the business needs.
What happens in the five days
The target audience. Positioning. Launch or growth plan. Product journey. Partner commitments. Vendor proposals. Incentives. Available data. I also speak to the decision-maker and up to two people responsible for critical parts of the plan.
One example
I was managing a $1.3M annual growth budget across 30+ portfolio companies. Different products, users and required actions were being sent through the same channels.
A consumer savings app should not be marketed exactly like a crypto-native trading product. Obvious in hindsight. Expensive if you find out after launch.
How I’m paid
I’m paid for the decision, not the size of the campaign. If the right answer is to cancel the spend, I’ll say it.

I need four things: what’s going live, when the decision is due, the budget or value at risk and what the business needs people to do.
